It was formed as a purchasing cooperative to properly manage the procurement of goods of 3,400 franchise and company operated Applebee’s and IHOP restaurants. You will analyze restaurant to distributor purchase transactions and distribution, inventory management practice to identify pricing overcharges paid to distributors by Applebee’s and IHOP Member restaurant operators.
