As an Operations Supervisor, your responsibility is to coordinate and supervise the activities that are carried out within the distribution center. This position requires you to overlook the staff and ensure that the policies and safety regulations are followed accordingly.  For this position, you’ll need a Bachelor’s degree in the related field, a background in operations and a minimum year of experience in supervising and distribution.

As a Warehouse Loader and Unloader, your responsibility is to load and unload all goods from the transportation vehicles into the warehouse. After unloading/loading, you have to organize the warehouse and keep it functioning at its optimal level. This position requires you to have attention to detail, have a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 75 lbs, and able to work shifts. Previous experience in distribution is an asset, however, is not required.
